I've tracked my cycle in the past using those apps and still found I was on an emotional roller coaster and unable to manage cravings, outbursts, pain, and all those frustrating pms symptoms—how is this different.

Apps will tell you what day you might ovulate, not how to ACTUALLY live in your body.

What I teach goes beyond tracking…it’s translation.

It’s you learning what your hormones are trying to SAY to you.

What qualifies you to be teaching about hormonal cycles, holistic nutrition, and cycle tracking and syncing? Why should I learn from you instead of TikTok, Google, or Chat GPT?

Well because I live this.

I didn’t wake up one day and decide to teach hormones…I had to heal my own first.

I’ve also helped thousands of women connect back into their rythmn. 

I’m a registered nurse with a bachelor’s in science, over a decade inside the world of anatomy, physiology, and women’s health…

and then life dragged me into the deeper layers:

-Naturopathy

-Trauma-informed Neuro-Somatic work

-Kundalini + feminine embodiment 

Years of my own healing, cycle syncing, and rebuilding my nervous system

And also, yes a whole lot of ancestral wisdom + intuition

But what REALLY qualifies me isn’t the certificates.

It’s the embodiment.

I was 50+ lbs overweight… exhausted… inflamed… disconnected… resentful… and drowning in symptoms no one could explain… well except YOU HAVE AN AUTOIMMUNE.

What if I don't have a cycle or I'm on birth control that interrupts that cycle, aka what if I don't bleed?

Your cycle is more than bleeding…it’s a hormonal pattern, an energetic rhythm, and a nervous system imprint.

If you don’t bleed or you’re on birth control:

-we follow energetic phases

-basal body sensations

-mood/energy patterns

-lunar tracking

-metabolic rhythms

-and the emotional blueprint your body repeats each and every month

Bleeding is only one expression of the cycle…not the only one.

Can I still work with you if I've had my uterus or ovaries removed?

(No uterus not a problem)

Absolutely.

Your womb isn’t just an organ, it’s an energetic space, a center of intuition, creativity and  internal rhythm.

Even without the physical womb, your body still has:

-a hormonal story

-a nervous system pattern

-a cyclical blueprint

-an energetic womb field

We simply adapt the work to YOUR unique physiology.

Humans with hysterectomies often thrive in this work because they finally understand the root of the emotional and energetic shifts they STILL feel.

Do you work with gender diverse and gender non-conforming folks?

I work with anyone who mirrors historically women's hormonal cycles, who menstruates, did, will or knows someone who does.

For example: I work with non-binary clients who still bleed and ovulate, parents and care givers of children and teens at the start of their hormonal and cyclical health, and anyone who can become pregnant through nature's cycles. I speak using she/her and women's gendered language because that's the experience I have the most authority to speak on, as it's my own.
