Refund Policy — Glo Flo with Gigi

By completing your purchase or attending any service, event, or program, you agree to the policies below.

Payments and refunds

All payments, deposits, and fees are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable for all services, including:

1:1 coaching
Group programs
Courses and digital products
Retreats, workshops, ceremonies, and in-person events
Masterclasses and online events

Due to the nature of this work, limited spots, and instant-access materials, all sales are final.

Exception: RTN 888 LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a client is not an energetic fit or violates boundaries. This is the only circumstance in which a refund may be provided.

Cancellations and no-shows

1:1 sessions

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session.
Less than 24 hours notice means the session is forfeited, with no refund.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show.
No-shows are not refunded or rescheduled.

Group programs and events

All payments are final.
No refunds for missed sessions, late arrival, or early departure.
Retreat and event deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 60 days of an event are fully non-refundable.

Payment plans

If you choose a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed in full regardless of participation. Missed payments may result in removal from services and collections action.

Company cancellations

If RTN 888 LLC cancels or reschedules a service, you will receive either:

A full refund, or
A credit or transfer to the rescheduled offering.

This does not include cancellations caused by events outside the company’s control, such as weather, illness, venue issues, or force majeure.

Acceptance of this policy

By purchasing, enrolling, attending, or participating in any offering by Glo Flo with Gigi / RTN 888 LLC, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy, as well as our Terms of Service.
