This Site is an ecommerce website.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Returns of Nature LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Returns of Nature LLC, Gigi Hunt, Coach Os and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.

Refunds, Cancellations & Policies

GLO FLO WITH GIGI — Returns of Nature LLC

By completing your purchase or attending any service, event, or program, you agree to the policies below.

Payments & Refunds

All payments, deposits, and fees are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable for all services, including:

• 1:1 coaching

• Group programs

• Courses + digital products

• Retreats, workshops, ceremonies, and in-person events

• Masterclasses and online events

Due to the nature of this work, limited spots, and instant-access materials, all sales are final.

Exception: Returns of Nature LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a client is not an energetic fit or violates boundaries. This is the only circumstance where refunds may be provided.

Cancellations & No-Shows

1:1 Sessions

• Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before your session.

• Less than 24 hours = session forfeited with no refund.

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show.

• No-shows are not refunded or rescheduled.

Group programs & events

• All payments are final.

• No refunds for missed sessions, late arrival, or early departure.

• Retreat/event deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 60 days of an event are fully non-refundable.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed in full regardless of participation. Missed payments may result in removal from services and collections action.

Company Cancellations

If Returns of Nature LLC cancels or reschedules a service, you will receive either:

• a full refund, or

• a credit/transfer to the rescheduled offering.

This does not include cancellations caused by events outside the company’s control (weather, illness, venue issues, force majeure).

Liability Waiver (Summary)

By participating in any event, session, or ceremony, you acknowledge that:

• Activities may include breathwork, meditation, somatic work, and emotional processing.

• Participation is voluntary and done at your own risk.

• Facilitators are not medical or mental health professionals (unless stated).

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

You release Returns of Nature LLC and its facilitators from liability for injuries or damages arising from your participation.

Full waiver available upon request and will be provided at in-person events.

Confidentiality & Conduct

• You agree to honor the privacy of all participants.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

• Company may decline service to anyone for energetic or safety reasons.

Media Release

Photos or videos taken during events may be used for marketing unless you opt out in writing before the event.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, enrolling, attending, or participating in any offering by GLO FLO WITH GIGI / Returns of Nature LLC, you confirm that you have read and agree to these policies.

Coach Os is the host of Returns of Nature LLC and uses third party apps (like Stripe payment systems, PayPal, Google Business).

We may share the following user data with third parties:

Links clicked while using the site; 

Products purchased;

Unidentifiable demographics; and Personal data used by those apps not stored in Glo Flo Database where a user may already have an account (PayPal).

We may share user data with third parties for the following purposes:

Efficiency in user experience.

Third parties will not be able to access user data beyond what is reasonably necessary to achieve the given purpose.

Other Disclosures

We will not sell or share your data with other third parties, except in the following cases:

If the law requires it;

If it is required for any legal proceeding;

To prove or protect our legal rights; and

To buyers or potential buyers of this company in the event that we seek to sell the company.

How Long We Store Personal Data

User data will be stored for six months from the time of your last activity. After six months of inactivity, you will receive an email sequence asking you to renew or deny consent of data and communications from this Site going forward. All users who neither renew or deny consent via email communication will be marked as inactive in our system.

All inactive user data is deleted permanently after being inactive for 90 days following the automated process.

You will be notified if your data is kept for longer than this period.

How We Protect Your Personal Data

Our host, Coach Os, uses the strongest available browser encryption and stores all of their data servers in secure locations. All data is only accessible to Returns of Nature LLC company members.

Data collected will never be sold or shared with any third party other than those outlined in these terms and services for the purpose of user experience and site functionality.

Data will never be shared without user written and signed consent and can be requested and expunged at any time a user deems necessary.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

International Data Transfers

We transfer user personal data to the following countries:

United States of America.

When we transfer user personal data we will protect that data as described in this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable legal requirements for transferring personal data internationally.
